We've been looking for a good pizza/wing spot for some time. We came to meadows after reading countless great reviews. We ordered ahead and even on super bowl Sunday it was ready in 20 minutes which was great (and surprising). The bbq wings were incredible! They were meaty, great amount of sauce and just delicious! However our pizza truly tasted like cardboard, there was barely any cheese, very very thin crust and they cut a 12 inch pizza into 18 slices.... If you are just looking for wings you found your spot; however, if you want pizza you'd be better off basically anywhere else.

The food is okay not the best. My burger was dry, like really dry. Pizza is not bad but Ive had better. The only thing I really liked were the chicken fingers and fries. They were really good. And the prices to me seem a little high.

Good service.... Quick and receptive. I got a philly steak, and its below sub-par. Meat was dry and bland. My buddy got a gyro....Said it rated 6.2 on scale 1-10. Fries were ok

Lunch with my dining companion on a workday? Yes, please! Needed something close to Joint Base Andrews, and this looked like a good spot. Pizza was served fresh and hot (pepperoni and cheese) good, chewy crust, and served with hot pepper flakes. Yum! Customer service was super nice (family-owned and staffed); they delivered to the table. One quibble. DC's Italian sub was assembled in the wrong direction (meat needs to be on the bottom, veggies on top!)

Awesome, awesome pizza! Located in Upper Marlboro, MD, just off Rt. 4 and close to Andrews AFB, Meadow's makes the best pizza I've had in years. I lived in NYC for three years, I've been to pizza places up and down both the East and West coasts, and I even worked in the pizza biz for several years (anyone remember Sammy's in White Oak?). Trust me - it's hard to find pizza THIS good. The crust is a perfect combination of chewy on the inside and crisp on the outside. There is no sogginess, or uneven and uncooked parts. It's just pure hand-tossed dough beauty! They have a good selection of toppings. And their sauce...delicious! Unlike some other chains where you'd swear you were eating ketchup on bread, Meadow's sauce is a great combination of tomato's natural sweetness and freshness. Just the right sweet + tangy flavor a good pizza sauce ought to be! I can't comment on any of their other menu items, as I haven't tried them. It's hard when the pizza is this good! But I may have to include an updated review if I ever do venture away from the pizza. As for eating in, it's not bad. Some of the clientele may appear "rough." But, hey, it's PG County. In all seriousness, Upper Marlboro is probably the safest part of PG County you'll ever find. You'll find more farmers than gangsters here. So there's no need to worry about visiting. Meadow's has maybe 6-8 (?) small tables and chairs. Picture a typical Subway type restaurant. It's just a simple place with very good pizza and reasonable prices. And you can even place your order online! That's handy.

Meadows is a good pizza dive off of Old Marlboro Pike in UM. It's easy to stop by to pick up a pizza on the way home when you don't feel like cooking. Pros -delivery offered for close local area -cheap -pizza, calzones, wings, strombolis, gyros, salads, etc---they have a full menu. -food holds up if you're taking it home -connected to a liquor store -family owner---very nice people Cons -eating your food inside is an option BUT I would really think about that---long & hard -ppl come in to play the lottery, buy scratch offs and stuff so it can get a little suspect -parking is plentiful but tight -connected to a liquor store

This is the best pizza in the DC Metro area. I mean good regular New York style pizza. Nothing fancy, but the ingredients are all good quality. I grew up in Philly and I can't eat chain store pizza. The only thing I'd change is for them to add just a tad more sauce.

I transferred in, and my employer put me up in the Sleep Inn behind the place for a month as I got settled; I ate here nearly every night. I worked my way through the menu and found every dish well-prepared and tasty, portions generous, and the staff courteous and professional. Some standouts: the pizza, the Maryland crab soup, the veggie burger(!)-- and the pastas come with bread and a nice salad. Recommended**** They even have ice cream!

Order the supreme pizza again with BBQ and buffalo wings with a calzone for my husband. Pick it up after calling the order in got home and notice the pizza was a cheese pizza.....my husband didn't inspect it before leaving the restaurant. Called to let them know but we were hungry and ate it anyway. The plain cheese pizza was surprisingly good... Everything else was what I expected delicious! Love this place... Going out of town for a month and this will be the first place I stop at when I get back.

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types.
